Welcome to my kitchen,
The kitchen is half-closed due to a cold… and I've lost my voice. I guess I might have stayed longer on holiday because clearly, my body does not like being back… kidding.
I guess it's just a cold with a sore throat, and I will be feeling better in a few days.
I came back with lots of ideas from Galicia, and I need to start testing those recipes asap! I cannot wait!
Galicia was truly what I needed, like a Spanish version of Eat-Pray(Walk)-Love.
I truly had a great time and was able to fully disconnect from work. It’s so difficult sometimes but so needed. For sure, the slow life of Galicia and staying in a rural home helped.
If you didn’t know about that part of Spain, google it; it is a gem.
I will be getting back to work slowly behind the screen this week, but let me share a couple of things with you. I added new dates for cooking workshops, and you need this Irish Soda bread for breakfast before it gets too hot to use the oven.
xx
